Applications for funding will only be accepted on one of the following three forms. Application for project under $80,000
Application for project over $80,000 where a scoping report has been completed by the applicant
Application for project to prepare a scoping report
Each application form has its own applicable Guide. Please read these carefully as they contain information required in the completion of the application form. Applications are also required to have independent supporters. The Independent Supporters Form is included at the end of each application form or can be downloaded separately. Projects requesting over $80,000 in funding require a scoping report. It is generally expected that applicants will prepare scoping reports for projects over $80,000 at their own cost. However, where larger projects involving significant complexity or cross sector dialogue and collaboration are involved a request to the Programme to fund a scoping report may be appropriate. Application Form 3 should be used to seek funding for such reports. Where you have completed a scoping report independently this should be attached to your application on Form 2. Applications for Scoping Reports can be submitted to the Fund at any time. The application will be considered by the Steering Committee and the decision will be relayed to the applicant outside of normal funding cycles. However, prior discussion with the TFBIS team is recommended – please email an outline to tfbis@doc.govt.nz. What are Scoping Reports? Scoping Reports should provide the Programme with the Business Case for the project. This should be guided by the Strategy and applicants should ensure the report is comprehensive. Here are some headings that may be appropriate to your project (Word). Revised: 06/08/2012 |
